What to Expect:

In Hong Kong, where tradition and modernity effortlessly co-exist, traditional wellness practises are an integral part of life and the way local people perceive health and treat illness. Start the day with a slow-paced tai chi class. During the hour-long lesson along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, guests can enjoy scenic views across Victoria Harbour to Hong Kong Island. Continue on to a tea house to learn age-old tea traditions and the intricate rituals involved in drinking it. A Chinese teacup may look small, but it holds thousands of years of Chinese culture within it. End the day with a reflexology session, applying focused pressure to certain known reflex points located in your foot. Hailed as a cure or preventative treatment to disease, reflexology is based on the premises that our nerves go from the bottom of our feet to the top of our head, encompassing all vital organs on the way.
