We worked alongside Destination Asia for an annual event in Hanoi Vietnam across three days. The team were so attentive and extremely friendly to our guests and provided an exceptional level of service. For one of our dinners, they created an inspiring Vietnamese market with stalls of calligraphy and traditional Vietnamese gifts which the guests could take home as a memento. The guests loved this special touch and even wanted to repeat the idea the following year. We held the event again this year and a guest said that his daughter still has the calligraphy drawing on her wall from Hanoi. My memory of the staff from Destination Asia Vietnam is happy, friendly, and smiling faces. It was a pleasure working with the team and I’ve no doubt we will be working with them again in the future.
