The opportunity: As Head of Travel Experiences & Reservations you will lead a team responsible for reservations, sales and quotation services for multiple global leisure markets. Working closely with the General Manager, Business Development and Product, you will be tasked with delighting our clients with dynamic service whilst exploiting any sales opportunities for growth and upselling.
Who you are: You are an experienced manager and skilled administrator with at least 10 years within the travel and hospitality sector. You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Thai language skills would be an advantage though not essential). Your knowledge of the leisure business is second to none. Your track record shows you are more than capable of managing a large team & building relationships and partnerships with clients. You also have a proven capability to organise, distribute and complete work within a multinational and multicultural environment. Previous experience working in Thailand and knowledge of Thai product is desirable.
