The opportunity: The Regional Sales Manager (South East Asia) will travel across the SEA region, growing new and existing MICE client relationships and sales. They will be the first point of contact for regional and international clients and direct corporate customers looking to appoint Destination Asia as their DMC (MICE) provider in the region.

Working closely with the General Manager (Singapore) and the Global Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will build and execute a SEA focused regional sales plan. They will generate new business leads and convert into sales for revenue growth, profitability and market share within the MICE sector. Retain and grow market share by building strong relationships across the region with clients and partners.
Who you are: You are an experienced sales person with excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Your knowledge of the M&I business is second to none. Your track record shows you are more than capable of building relationships and partnerships with clients and converting those into sales . You also have a proven capability to organise, distribute and complete work within a multinational and multicultural environment.
