The opportunity: We currently have an opportunity in our Singapore office for an Operations Executive (Leisure travel) to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the operations department to co-ordinate with internal and external clients to ensure that Destination Asia delivers exceptional end to end on the ground services to clients during their stay in Singapore. This includes reconfirming confirmations, pick-ups, transfers, tours, safety audits, supplier checks and all other logistics for customers during their stay.
We are a hardworking team who provide end to end Leisure services to clients from across the globe, all looking to bring their customers on holiday to Singapore. We are looking to find an operations executive with strong organisational and planning skills. Someone who always puts the customer first and delivers excellent customer service at all times, who is eager to learn and work within the operations space of leisure travel. A typical day for us could be arranging pick-ups and transfers for inbound cruise passengers, followed by organising private tours and transfers for another group of travellers wanting to explore Singapore and ending with resolving any hiccups so that our customers always end their holiday happy. It is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who is adaptable and can pick up matters quickly, prioritise and deliver within tight timeframes, but always with a smile and a positive attitude.
Who you are: You have completed schooling, and preferably have a diploma in a related field. You have a passion for planning, organising and delivering excellent work. You have strong MS office skills and good verbal and written English language skills. You are self-motivated, highly organised, pro-active and flexible with a strong work ethic.
